Arche Components Pvt Ltd is an ISO: 9001: 2015 certified company with a turnover of ₹18 Cr. We are experts in Argon TIG Welding, Aluminium Welding, Copper Brazing, and Co2 Welding. With a capacity of 1 ltr to 1000 ltrs, we manufacture SS304, SS316 & MS tanks. Our Instant Water Heaters are manufactured to BIS standards IS 8978:1992 in capacities up to 3L and 4.5Kw. We also manufacture Heating elements as per BIS standard IS 4159:2002 and CE up to 4.5 KW in Stainless steel, Copper, and Incoloy material. We have facilities for manufacturing Plastic molding components, Machining components, and Press Components in Stainless Steel, HRCA (Mild Steel), CRCA, Copper & Brass material. Recently, we also developed an Incoloy 800 Heating element with Enamel coated. At Arche, our team of experts is dedicated to providing all the finished products in high quality.

Arche Components was founded in 1997, by D S Rathode, and has actively sustained itself in the market for over 25 years. In 2015, Vivek Rathode joined his father’s business and has been an integral part of the company ever since. Arche believes in conducting business honestly and ethically while taking care of the customer’s needs and requirements. This is why the company has successfully provided high-quality service to over 100 customers with the help of 60 hardworking and dedicated employees in its team.
